To safeguard your personal information you are required to provide the following information from your driving licence.
Please type them EXACTLY as they appear on your licence.

  
Your licence number is the sixteen character reference on line 5 of your photo card licence. Type exactly as shown on your licence, omitting any numbers appearing after it.
The postal code is printed at the end of your address on line 8 of your photo card licence. Type exactly as shown, including any spaces.
